Abirami holds an MSc in Astrophysics from University College London and has 6.6 years of experience in the teaching profession, currently teaching Mathematics to Year 7 and Year 8 students. Passionate about hands-on learning, she co-leads Year 8 Project-Based Learning programme where students design and build an RC solar-and-battery-powered boat while applying mathematical concepts such as design, precision measurement, and scale drawing. A certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and fitness enthusiast, she has also served as a School Sports House Master for the past six years, inspiring students particularly in athletics and sports. With a strong interest in multidisciplinary learning, including music and art, she is passionate about nurturing well-rounded, confident, and holistic learners.
